If you don’t find what you’re looking for, feel free to contact us. We’re happy to assist you!
What type of tests does the clinic use to assess my health?
We use science-based tests, including blood tests, stool tests, and occasionally genetic testing, to help identify areas that need support. These tests allow us to look deeper into your overall health and uncover potential root causes.
Do I need to complete anything before my first appointment?
Yes, we require all new patients to complete a detailed questionnaire available in our patient portal before the initial appointment. This helps us understand your history and current health status, so we can focus on your needs more effectively.
How should I provide previous lab test results?
If you have past lab results, please upload them to the patient portal before your first visit. We also have access to certain results directly from Quest and Labcorp through our accounts.
Can you access my previous medical records from local hospitals?
Yes, we can access records if you use a portal like C-S Link (Cedars-Sinai), MyChart (UCLA), or St. John’s Providence. This will ensure we have a comprehensive view of your medical history.
How many visits are usually needed to see results?
The number of visits varies for each patient. Since every case is unique, we assess and adjust your treatment plan as we monitor your progress.
Do you accept insurance for services?
We are an out-of-network provider and do not submit claims to insurance. However, upon request, we can provide a superbill, which you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement or use with an HSA account.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check payments. We do not accept credit card payments. In most cases, we ask that payments are made in advance when scheduling an appointment.
How do I schedule my first appointment?
After completing the required questionnaire and submitting any relevant documents, contact our office to finalize the appointment and arrange the prepayment.
